Made-to-Order Artwork

All of our artwork is made to order. This means that once you place your order, we will begin the process of creating your unique piece. Please allow time for the careful production of your art before it is prepared for shipping.

Custom-Made Wooden Frames

In addition to the artwork itself, we also handcraft our wooden frames with great care and attention to detail. Our frames are made to complement your artwork and are customizable to fit your specific size requirements. If you need a custom-sized frame, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you are located, we can deliver our artwork to your door.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your region. Please note that shipping can take between 14 and 24 days from the moment your order is dispatched. As we ship from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the delivery timeframe may vary based on customs clearance, postal services, and your location.

  • Europe: 14–18 days
  • North America: 16–22 days
  • Other regions: 18–24 days

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your order. This includes the time required to create your artwork, craft your custom frame (if applicable), perform quality checks, and prepare the item for shipping. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and frame size ordered.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and safe manner. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Customs and Import Duties

Depending on your location, your package may be subject to customs and import duties. However, in most cases, duties are not applicable due to the value of the artwork and frames. These charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the artwork's price or shipping cost. Each artwork and handcrafted frame is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging process is designed to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, whether it's a canvas, print, or framed piece.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. However, for those who need their artwork delivered more quickly, we offer expedited shipping via FedEx or DHL. The cost for expedited shipping varies depending on your region, typically ranging between $100-$150, and guarantees delivery within 14 days worldwide.

Returns and Exchanges

As all artwork and frames are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your artwork or frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
